Marsha Steed
leads business development, client relations and strategic initiatives for
Customer Experience by Design. She has more than two decade of experience in
business development, strategic alliances, marketing and knowledge management.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Retail Marketing from Miami University,
Oxford, Ohio.
Sheryl Imhoff
leads creative consulting and business operations for Customer Experience by
Design. She has more than two decades of experience in management, strategic
planning, communications and marketing. Her background includes teaching,
training and behavior change. Sheryl holds a Masters degree in Education from
the University of Cincinnati.
